Not Quiet on the Galactic Front

By Louise Farfell

There was an altercation between two-star soccer players, one from the Martian Intergalactic team and the other from the Moon Riders Team, last Thursday.

During the game, Amil Washington, accused android player Al Dickensen of using extra gadget attachments, that are illegal, to block Amil's pass. Al Dickensen countered that Amil Washington was passing illegally.

There is an ongoing dispute between humans and androids regarding soccer tournament rules. Humans claim androids have an edge with their ability to repair themselves quickly and use extra devices without anyone knowing. Androids counter that humans' ability to feel and sense gives them an extra edge that Androids do not possess, and so they feel they should be allowed to use these devices to balance out the power.

The Department of Intergalactic Fair Play in Tournaments is reviewing the data and hopes to reach an update and new determination of the rules by the summer of this year.

Dear Reader, what is your opinion on this? Which side do you think has an advantage, if at all, and what do you think the new ruling should be? We'd be interested to hear from you.
