Dragon Breath - For a Fiery Day

By M.B. Alexander

When most people think of dragon breath an image of pungent stinky mouth odor comes to mind. But a new mint-like capsule is turning this metaphor into a very literal image of human dragons and things burning down.

Dragon Breath started out as a fun, nearly harmless, children's candy. It expelled small puffs of cold blue fire when chewed. But the candy phenomenon quickly morphed into a fire hazard, after several amateur pyromaniacs tinkered with the original design and went full flames on us all.

It wasn't long before trash cans of playgrounds were blazed with fire and laughter. Some used it for the occasional "S'mores" during their lunch breaks or to grill their cheese sandwiches to a lovely burnt crisp. But a few others took it a step too far and decided to turn into actual dragons.

They rubbed some dragon scale skin cream and roamed the city streets spouting fire everywhere.

Luckily, with the help of a very industrious mayor, the little dragons' passion for fire was utilized for the greater good. The little fires are now supplying natural heating throughout the city and are sphearheading new man-made hot springs initiatives across the globe. There you have it, mischief turned into reusable energy.
